After lodging 30 complaints in two years, the Pedestrian Council of Australia is "claim(ing) its first scalp" after the Advertising Standards Bureau upheld its complaint against Mitsubishi's Gripping Drive TV commercial, finding the gravel-strewn ad depicted "reckless and menacing driving". Now, it's back on air, albeit with revised voice-over and supertext. Round two. Ding, ding . . .


Fiscal crisis
