10,000 Steps
There are many benefits of having an active lifestyle, yet more than half of Australian adults are not active enough for health benefits. 10,000 Steps is a free program that encourages communities, workplaces and individuals to increase their physical activity levels. 10,000 Steps not only encourages you to walk more, but also to participate in other activities that you enjoy and that fit in with your daily lifestyle.
